Greeting Friends of the Ohio Lesbian Festival!

We are gearing up for our rockin' 20th anniversary weekend September 19 and
20 and hope you are planning to join us. You can get all the latest at our
web site www.ohiolba.org.

We wanted to share the following press release with you on behalf of
WIMFEST. The organizers of this event have been supportive of the OLF
and are giving us ad space and booth space to promote our festival at their
event. Womyn's music is important to both groups and The Ohio Lesbian
Festival Committee believes it is important to share info with our
supporters about other opportunities to hear womyn's music. So if you just
can't wait for September 19 - here is a chance to get a pre-Ohio Lesbian
Festival taste. We will be at WIMFEST promoting The Ohio Lesbian Festival
and hope to see some of you there. Stop by our booth and and say
hi!

About us:
WIMFEST is a group of
women who believe in the lasting impression of the Independent Women’s Music
Industry. They work in all facets of the industry from artist to promoter to
booking and managing. There is an overwhelming desire to please all who pass
through the Festival gates/doors. In addition, the women have the experience and
passion within themselves to someday make this one of the nation’s best
festivals. The WIMFEST mission strives for a festival that will surpass the
norm of festival experiences—by making the atmosphere relaxed and
subtle—calming, yet exciting. Their goals are to not only make the participants
feel like they are home, but make the stay and atmosphere an experience to
remember and enjoy for all those who are performing. Come share in the music and
friendship of the festival and it is our hope you go home with a new friend or
two.
