Welcome to the New Year! Change seems to be in the air and this year's Ohio
Lesbian Festival is not immune to it.

We will be celebrating our 20th festival on September 19 & 20, 2009!

To mark the occasion we will be having a WEEKEND LONG FESTIVAL!

That's right; we will be partying down at Frontier Ranch (near Kirkersville,
Ohio) both SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

 

However, there is a lot of work to be done for this year's festival.

We will need more volunteers

We will need women willing to do workshops, and

We are still taking performer packets from musicians who would like to be
considered.

 

One of the things we need from YOU is feedback on the Ticket Price Changes.

Based on the increased costs for adding an extra day, ticket prices will
increase.

We would like you to take a moment and respond to the following price
changes along with any other comments.

 

All prices and times are subject to change.

The prices below would be the lowest cost possible, and the time frames may
be adjusted.

 

The following are the two options we are considering:

 

All inclusive, Weekend Festival Ticket

Minimum $55 includes Festival Saturday, Camping overnight (Saturday) and
Festival Sunday: 
This would be the only ticket available for the Festival.

We would not offer any day passes for Saturday or Sunday Only.

 

OR

 

Saturday Only Ticket - minimum $45. Saturday only 11am - midnight

And

Sunday Only Ticket - minimum $25 Sunday only 10am - 2pm

And

Camping Saturday night - additional cost of $25 (minimum).

 

Plus, if you have any comments on any other part of the festival, such as
food, childcare, website, or anything else we'd like to hear from you.

The Ohio Lesbian Festival is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven womyn only
event designed to promote womyn's economy, community and art.  The Festival
recognizes that in the world at large, heterosexism and woman hatred are the
norm.  The Festival was founded on the premise that Lesbians and queer womyn
need opportunities and spaces to recognize and support each other, to define
our culture, to find our own strengths and to be empowered.   All womyn are
welcome.
